INTRODUCTIONS -

My clients either contact me direct or are referred to me by banks, accountants or insolvency practitioners. As you can see from the work I have undertaken in the last 10 years, I am happy to turn my hand to anything where both the client and I feel that my involvement will be of value.

 

TURNAROUND -

Occasionally advice or solutions that arise at our initial meeting, which is free, will allow you to get things back on track without taking matters further.

Assuming we wish to work together I will work with you and for you, not your creditors, through the turnaround project towards the successful outcome that you define. When completed I will either remain with you (our choice) or make a friendly exit.

 

WHAT I BRING TO THE PARTY

Prior to becoming a successful Freelance Turnaround Manager my career spanned a spectrum of industries, duties and experiences at board level. 

• Learning from the bottom up as the office junior and then auditor,
• on to FD and IT Manager of an international manufacturing business based in the UK, Switzerland and the USA, 
• working at program code level with IBM in Atlanta to modify their flagship Manufacuturing software for my company's use
• working with regional hire and leasing group as it went into, through and out of a receivership into new ownership, 
• via successful reconstuction of a regional wholesale and distribution company that was both leaderless and terminally out of control,    
• to winning a National Leadership and World awards in an international business organisation for coaching and plan/report writing
• and adding NLP, which is invaluable, to my business and sports coaching skills.

I will bring all of my knowledge and experience to assist you.

Where I have no expertise I have contacts, built up over many years, who will be able to plug any specialist gaps.
